This Refund Policy governs refund requests for Session for Business subscriptions purchased from JK.Creative LLC (“JK Creative”). By subscribing to Session for Business you agree to this policy. Questions: support@jkcreative.store.
Every new Session for Business subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 calendar days of your first paid subscription charge, you are entitled to a refund of 90% of the subscription fees you have paid during that 30-day window.
The 10% retained covers payment-processing fees (which Square does not refund), account provisioning, and onboarding support — including data import assistance and custom-branding configuration where applicable.

Example: Studio tier paid at $350, cancelled on day 22 → refund = $350 × 0.90 = $315.
The 30-day window applies to your first paid subscription period only. Subsequent renewals are not covered by this guarantee — see Section 2.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@jkcreative.store. Cancellation is self-serve.
Within 30 days of first charge: the 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies. Cancellation takes effect immediately and a 90% refund is issued.
After 30 days: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. Once activated, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the unused remainder of a billing period after the 30-day window has closed.
Current monthly rates are $350 (Studio), $700 (Facility), and $1,000 (Complex). The pricing schedule is disclosed before subscription and acknowledged in the checkout flow. Future rate changes are governed by Section 7 (Changes to this policy).
After cancellation, your account remains in read-and-export-only mode for 30 days. During this window you can download client records, session notes, invoices, and pipeline data via the export tools in your dashboard. After 30 days, all account data is permanently deleted. Restoring service after deletion requires a fresh subscription.
Please contact us at support@jkcreative.store before initiating a chargeback — almost every situation can be resolved more quickly by email, including refund eligibility under Section 1. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in permanent account suspension.
Within the 30-day window, refunds are self-serve from your dashboard at /dashboard/subscription — one click cancels and refunds 90% of fees paid. For cases requiring manual intervention (after the window, billing disputes, payment-method issues, accessibility accommodations), email support@jkcreative.store from the address on your account, including your subscription ID and a brief description. We confirm receipt within 1 business day.
We may update this policy. Material changes apply only to subscriptions activated after the effective date of the updated policy. Existing subscribers are grandfathered in on the policy in force at the time of their most recent renewal.
This policy and your subscription are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this policy or your subscription will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in King County, Washington, except that small-claims-court matters within the county may proceed in court. JK.Creative LLC is registered in Washington State; your statutory consumer protection rights under your state of residence are not waived by this clause.
